I was cleaning the back of my garden, I have noticed that the rubbish from Montrose school has been dumped in the area next to my backyard. There are also big trees being used as screen between my backyard and the fence of the school, the dead leaves are falling into my garden at all times. This area gives a foul smell in my garden and is also area where rodents are living and then come to my property. I don’t really know where exactly to report this matter so I hope here is the place to report.
