I have repeatedly reported bins left on pavement alongside #10 to the alleyway to rear of those properties.
They intrude on access for myself on a mobility scooter alongside the green area
There is potential to block access for the disabled, elderly and prams
The bins are permanently left along there -19 Wensley Rise, Leicester, LE2 9SA
