I would like to report a vehicle that repeatedly parks in a way that blocks the road and causes obstruction. This has happened multiple times at the following location: Polaris Close Vehicle details: Grey Mercedes (saloon) The vehicle is regularly parked in the middle of the road, making it difficult or impossible for other vehicles to pass. I have attached photos taken on 03/02/26 that clearly show the obstruction, Please could this be investigated, as it is an ongoing issue and affects acc-60 Polaris Close, Leicester, LE2 0UQ

Every day there is a big problem with the cars coming there despite the signs clearly says: no vehicles, Monday to Friday from 8-9am and 2:30-4pm. It's very dangerous for children's and parents who accessing two schools in that area. There were times when child or adult almost been hit by aggressively coming in car despite sign clearly says no for any motor vehicle in stated times.
