Public footpath from Shanklin Drive to Knighton Church Road. Hedges both sides overgrown so much that they are meeting at the top, obliterating daylight and making the footpath feel unsafe.
Also, towards the KCR end, the fence on the east side is collapsing into the footpath.

One of 4 houses on Moat Rd, no. 44, 46, 48 or 50, have left carpet and underlay pieces outside no. 32 Osborne Road LE55EQ.
This was brought out by one of these occupants last week via their rear door, which leads onto Osborne Rd, and doesn’t look as though they’re doing anything about it.-Osborne Road
