This is potentially their rubbish and it’s not the first time they have dumped near the factory. The factory has rubbish as u can see, it is attracting rodents I narrowly escaped one entering my front door. This issue has occurred on land over which Leicester City Council does not have direct authority. We are trying to resolve this matter as quickly as possible by working with the landowner to remove the waste.
