This is potentially their rubbish and it’s not the first time they have dumped near the factory. The factory has rubbish as u can see, it is attracting rodents I narrowly escaped one entering my front door. There is an overgrown tree and shrub on the corner of Shaftesbury Avenue and Melton Road and there is none visibility if turnining right onto Melton Road from Shaftesbury Avenue. 07/08/2026 00:49 We are pleased to confirm that Leicester’s citywide weed treatment programme has now been completed, with Abbey, Western and Belgrave wards the final areas treated in late July. A further treatment programme will begin in September. Residents should start to see signs of weed die-back within 7 to 12 days, depending on weather conditions and vegetation type. Thank you for your patience while this work has been carried out. Our teams will continue to monitor treated areas and undertake any necessary follow-up work to help keep Leicester’s streets and public spaces clean and well maintained.

The entirety of Spinney hill park is covered with litter this is just a snap shot of it in the child’s play area which had broken glass all over the floor Something needs to be done the park is filthy and the new bins aren’t even being used still litter everywhere and even next to the bins They also need to be emptied more frequently especially in the summer holidays.
