Hello, I would like to report a serious rubbish problem outside Saint Nicholas Apartments, LE3 5ER. A large amount of rubbish bags has been left on the ground near the communal bin area for 2 weeks now and the situation is getting worse every day. The bins appear to have been moved from their previous location and many residents may not know where they are now. Hello this is private property that has not been properly secured they’ve been doing this several times over but they’re not properly securing this and the Dawn Centre clients are accumulating there there are deep pits in there as well which are dangerous and the Dawn Centre clients are using that area to administer drugs for themselves this evidence of syringes and drug paraphernalia.
