ROAD CONDITION - PERCIVAL STREET We’ve investigated the situation. The case has been closed, and although we’ve not taken any remedial action at this time, the issue will be monitored to make sure it does not become a more serious issue that falls below the technical standards we’re able to uphold. ROAD HUMP - BARKER STREET We’ve investigated the situation. An Order has been made to repair the defect and the case has been closed. Vehicle regularly parked directly in front of my private driveway access, blocking the dropped kerb/H-bar marking at Prestwold Road. This obstructs my ability to enter/exit my own driveway. The H marking is applied to this property specifically. A Leicestershire traffic warden has previously confirmed this is my private vehicle access and issued a penalty notice to a vehicle parked here for the same reason. The Ivy from 58 Bendbow Rise which is not a council property has been taking over our fence for a few years now. We had previously requested for it to be treated but it’s not going over our shed and into our house extension and creating mould inside the house. It’s also made our fence weak and it’s almost falling from all the weight of the Ivy. -60 Bendbow Rise, Leicester, LE3 1SB
