New tenants, new agent - Tranquility Homes. Details on photo. Large bag of rubbish left on pavement for 2 weeks now along with bin. Bag broken open and spilling into the street. This report is to do with no.29 not no.27, (this photo was taken after the bins were emptied last week and 27’s bin was just in the photo before it was taken off the street). This is a licensed rental property - if the landlord isn’t able to provide adequate bins or info about collections, why do they have a license?
