We are pleased to confirm that Leicester’s citywide weed treatment programme has now been completed, with Abbey, Western and Belgrave wards the final areas treated in late July. A further treatment programme will begin in September.

Can walk on pavements any more on both sides due to rubbish on both sides of streets and illegally parked cars. Happens daily for months now. Children and elderly cannot safely go down this street. In the alleyway between my house (5 redwood) and my neighbour (7 Redwood Walk) is alot of garden waste and chopped branches that look unsightly and has been left there. There is also wooden panelling that has been destroyed in the strong winds and is broken and this also looks very unsightly.
Please could this be cleared up and the waste removed and the wooden.panels fixed or removed?

The grass and bushes are very overgrown at the public footpath. Also the fire was set by the kids which is very dangerous to us residents who are living where the fire was set. If we wouldn't be in the garden and see just beginning of the fire and managing to putting the fire out with extinguisher and buckets of water it would of been catastrophic.
