As of 20.35 on 15th January 2026, I notice this street lamp was not working, I could not see if was a broken or missing lamp filament. The is the last street lamp at the end of Grosvenor gate next to the green belt-5 Grosvenor Gate, Leicester, LE5 0TL

Hello, somebody has just left four grey bags of rubbish outside my house. They say 'cleaning service' Leicester council on them. I can see there are two more across the road. What am I supposed to do with them? I will endeavour to put them in my bin, but I'm not sure if they will all fit.
