Hello, somebody has just left four grey bags of rubbish outside my house. They say &#39;cleaning service&#39; Leicester council on them. I can see there are two more across the road. What am I supposed to do with them? I will endeavour to put them in my bin, but I&#39;m not sure if they will all fit.
