A pothole outside my residential property was previously repaired, however the repair has now failed and the pothole has re-emerged in the same location. The road surface has broken away again, leaving a visible depression in the carriageway with loose stones and broken tarmac scattered across the road. The surface deterioration is worsening and is clearly the result of a failed patch repair rather than normal wear. There is a significant drop developing next to the road at this location due to traffic and weather eroding the supporting structure - if a car has to cross over the verge to allow larger vehicles to pass there is a significant risk of damage to the suspension of the vehicle - if a car was to cross over this point at speed there is a risk of the car overturning - it needs backfilling with stone to eliminate the drop.-63 Raywell Road, Leicester, LE5 1WU

The interactive speed sign on Glenfield road opposite West Gate SEN school is not working, there is just one white dot at the bottom permanently lit, no speed indication or slow down messages are working.
