The interactive speed sign on Glenfield road opposite West Gate SEN school is not working, there is just one white dot at the bottom permanently lit, no speed indication or slow down messages are working. A pothole outside my residential property was previously repaired, however the repair has now failed and the pothole has re-emerged in the same location. The road surface has broken away again, leaving a visible depression in the carriageway with loose stones and broken tarmac scattered across the road. The surface deterioration is worsening and is clearly the result of a failed patch repair rather than normal wear.
