Leicester - Stoneygate Ward

I want to report the bins permanently left on the pavement outside No. 9. Their green bin has been left on the footpath for over a month and is now completely full. They also leave their black bin out 24/7. I previously reported this but was marked completed but the bins are still untouched. I think the residents needs to be made aware. -9 Myrtle Road, Leicester, LE2 1FU
