Please can someone explain to me ( and others) why this car park is hardly ever open for normal users? Especially when there is someone here that can open the gate. I know this makes life difficult for disabled and elderly ( me) users.-Aylestone Playing Fields, Braunstone Lane East, Leicester, LE3 2DG
