There is an alleyway between 11 and 12 Monks Crescent. At the end of the alleyway is a metal barrier. It is like a jungle behind this barrier and this problem needs addressing immediately. The shrubs are growing into our garden.-11 Monks Crescent, Leicester, UK

There is a huge population of rats, it seems to be well out of control, they are brazen and run around in the daylight, due to high competition for food. Some work was carried out back in April to clear the shrubbery and bushes at the rear of my property. Through clearing the bushes and shrubbery which should have been maintained better has damaged my fence to the rear of my property. The back side alleyway between 74 and 76 Barclay Street is full of mattresses and rubbish. There is a sofa dumped outside number 74. Children in the house seen to throw food, crockery, cutlery etc over the back wall, into my and neighbours gardens on Cambridge Street.
