This flytipping has happened overnight between 30th -31st July. The 2 overflowing domestic bins that are NEVER taken away...they don't have any number of which house they belong to is encouraging this problem. People seem to think that Warwick St is a public waste dump. It was cleared up but now it is starting to come back again..this has only happened overnight but it will get worse like it did before. As recycling especially and some rubbish not been collected over the last couple weeks so bin overflowing. A few residents it seems have been movind out and so I assume rubbish can't fit in bins so bin liners from what I could see are on top or in front of bins. Over the last few months I've noticed that the eastpark road/parkvale entrance to spinney hill park has a large number of mice and rats darting around. I've seen many go under the bin and the rest scurry into the bushes.
