Subject: Ongoing Issues with Rubbish Dumped Outside My Property Dear Leicester City Council, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to raise concerns regarding ongoing issues of rubbish being dumped outside my property. Recently, someone left an old toaster outside my house, and about a month ago, similar rubbish was dumped right in front of my door. To help prevent such incidents, I installed a door camera. However, it appears the person responsible deliberately avoided the door camera and placed the toaster from the left side of the house—suggesting they may be familiar with the property layout or even known to the area. I suspect these actions may be intentional, as we are new to the area. Notably, the rest of the street is clean, and these incidents have occurred exclusively in front of my house. Additionally, I would like to report a recurring issue with the black bins. We put outside from the rear of the property near Bakewell Street during waste collection. After the scheduled bin collection on Wednesdays, people — continue to dump rubbish into the emptied bin, which means we must rush to bring them back in house immediately after waste collection before it are misused again. I strongly urge the council to look into these matters. The repeated dumping of rubbish is not only unsightly but also distressing and disruptive to our efforts to maintain a clean living environment.
