I was cleaning the back of my garden, I have noticed that the rubbish from Montrose school has been dumped in the area next to my backyard. There are also big trees being used as screen between my backyard and the fence of the school, the dead leaves are falling into my garden at all times. This area gives a foul smell in my garden and is also area where rodents are living and then come to my property. This is not about Dog fouling but a dog constantly barking, day or night it is constant and we can't have our door or windows open because of the constant barking. I have walked down the street and it is either number 59 or 57 as it seems to be coming from the entry in between both houses.
