When is action going to be taken about the garage in question? The rubbish has accumulated to the point it is surely a fire risk and environmental hazard. Stop ignoring it and do something about it.
It is also creating a haven for drug use. Today (as pictured) there are canisters and syringes in full view. This area has young families with children living close by.

I reported the dumped black bin a few months ago and nothing has been done about it. Since then, Morris Homes have erected their sign and still left the bin. Dog fouling outside our premises and on the pavements outside this must be cleaned, the council is very quick to send out buisness / council rates bills and increase them yet you cant get this matter dealt with.
